[A] MAN accused of assaulting his former partner in Kendal on two separate dates is due to stand trial in June.
Damien Downey Howard, 33, entered pleas of not guilty to three charges during a short hearing at Carlisle Crown Court.
Howard denied two alleged common assaults on Nicole Patricia Medley which are said to have occurred on March 10 and 19.
