During this time he has worked with a wide range of owner managed and family businesses in his role as the lead Partner at the firm’s offices in Penrith and Carlisle.

Shortly after qualifying, Chris was identified as a rising star by Accountancy Age in their ’35 under 35 year of age ones to watch’.
Speaking about his latest achievement, Chris said: “I am truly honoured that the ICAEW has chosen me to become a fellow of their prestigious organisation.
“We have a very close affiliation with the Institute and our team have contributed to a number of committees and task forces, which have informed the industry’s responses to Government consultations and influenced the policies and practices of the ICAEW.
“Training and qualifying with the ICAEW gave me an enviable advantage when I started out in my career as an accountant at a top 20 firm in London and since returning to Cumbria to work as a Partner at Lamont Pridmore my title as a Chartered Accountant has opened a number of new doors for me and the firm as a whole.”
Graham Lamont, Chief Executive of Lamont Pridmore, added: “Everyone at Lamont Pridmore is delighted that Chris has become a Fellow. We hope that this new title will assist him as he continues to support businesses in Cumbria and beyond.”
