Police appeal after Carlisle bus stop assault

[P]olice are appealing for witnesses to an assault that occurred on The Crescent in Carlisle on Monday 30 April 2018 at approximately 2:30pm.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A young teenager has spat at an adult whilst he waited for the number 61 bus to Harraby.

“The young mousey-haired teen was with another teen at the time of the assault.

“A suspect has been identified and will be interviewed by police.”

Police understand that there were potential witnesses waiting at the bus stop outside Pizza Bravo takeaway at the time of the assault who may have useful information.
