Police appeal after Whitehaven purse theft

Police want to speak to this man

Police are investigating the theft of a purse at a Whitehaven supermarket.

The incident occurred on 3rd May at the Aldi store on Preston Street.

Police would like to speak to anyone who can identify the man pictured in CCTV footage.

Anyone with any information is asked to email [email protected] or call 101 and ask to speak to PC 2567 Simon Quinn, quoting incident number 87 of the 3rd May. Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
