At 5:50pm yesterday, Friday 18 May Firefighters from Carlisle West and Carlisle East attended reports of a fire in Wiggonby.

The fire involved a barn approximately fifteen metres by ten metres which contained sawdust bales.

“Crews were detained for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.”
