Dalemain Plant Fair 2018

[T]he 2018 Dalemain Plant Fair will be taking place on Sunday 17th June from 10am to 4pm. The Plant Fair brings together a hand-picked selection of the finest nurseries in the North, alongside some of the best local food producers and craftspeople.

In past years, the Fair has proven to be a wonderful day out for everyone, from green fingered experts to gardening novices. Dalemain’s famous ‘Meconopsis’ Himalayan Blue Poppies will be in full bloom, as well as the astonishing array of old-fashioned roses.

Newton Rigg College will be there to answer any horticultural questions you may have, and tours of the award-winning Gardens will be led throughout the day by Jane Hasell-McCosh. Delicious cream teas will be served on the Terrace, which looks out towards the West Park and then the Lake District.

Entry to the Plant Fair, Food & Crafts is FREE, with a special discounted price available for entry to the House and Gardens.

Further details of this event can be found on the website www.dalemain.com. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on 017684 86450, or email [email protected].
