Police appeal after attempted burglary at Sands Centre

[P]olice are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Sands Centre in Carlisle.

The incident occurred on 14th June at approximately 1.30pm where a male entered the premises without permission and attempted to steal confectionary from a store room.

The male then made off from the area in the direction of Trinity School. He is described as being a white, aged 16 or 17, wearing a grey Puma sweatshirt, jogging Bottoms and was carrying a rucksack.
