Morecambe man wanted by police

Jed Kane

POLICE are searching for a wanted man from Morecambe.

Jed Kane, 36, is being sought after an Audi A4 estate car rammed a black VW Golf near to the Lancaster Road junction of Whitby Road in Morecambe on Sunday (July 15th), shunting the car containing a woman and a man on to a pavement.

Officers are also trying to trace people who were in the area and witnessed or filmed the incident.

DC Illingworth continued: “If you think you may have seen this, please speak to us as you could have vital information that could assist our investigation.”

Kane is described as white with short dark hair, blue eyes and has a tattoo of a panther on his back. He has links to Manchester.
