[A]t 6:58am today, Tuesday 14 August firefighters were called to reports of a building fire on Fusehill Street in Carlisle.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Crews, wearing two breathing apparatus, used a hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
“Firefighters checked for hot spots and found one in the bathroom.
“Police were in attendance as the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.”
