Police appeal after vehicles damaged on Maryport street

Police are investigating criminal damage to multiple vehicles in which an object was used by the suspect to scrape along and damage vehicles which were parked on Catherine Street, Maryport.

The incident occurred on the 6th September between the hours of 7pm and 9pm.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The police are looking for any witnesses who might have seen the potential suspect described as white male of an average build roughly around 5ft 9/10inches with a shaven head, who was wearing a black sports jacket and skinny grey joggers with a black rectangle on the calf and black trainers.”
