Woman hurt in Workington attack

Police are investigating an incident of assault which has occurred at Electric Soup Club in Workington at 1am on Sunday 9th September.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “During the incident the woman victim has sustained a broken wrist when assaulted by two women in their late teens.”

Police are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward with information.
