Police appeal to identify Distington “danger driver”

Police want to speak to this man

Police investigating a number of driving offences in and around the Distington area have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to.

The incidents, including dangerous diving, theft and failing to stop, are reported to have occurred on September 2nd.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police were in attendance at an incident on Glebe Road at approximately 6.50am on September 2nd.

“Police would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV footage as part of their investigation.”
