Carlisle man remanded after £34k worth of heroin seized

Carlisle Magistrates Court

A Carlisle man has appeared at court charged with possession with intent to supply heroin.

Stuart Hardy, aged 48, of Yewdale Road, appeared at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court today (5th October).

Hardy was arrested by officers yesterday (4th October) following a warrant where heroin, worth an estimated street value of £34,000, was seized.

He was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on 7th November.
