Police appeal after cars scratched on Maryport street

Police are investigating numerous reports of criminal damage being caused to vehicles parked on Kirkby Street and Crosby Street, Maryport on the evening of Tuesday 16th October between 4pm and 7pm.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The incidents involved multiple vehicles being scratched with a sharp object.”

Anyone who witnessed or has any information in regards to this incident should contact police quoting log 242 of 16th October 2018.
