On 28th September, Facility Management company Orian Solutions took part in Macmillan’s ‘World Biggest Coffee Morning’ to raise money for cancer research, care and treatment.

The small West area team, based in Maryport, raised an impressive total of £173.71 through bake sales and donations to the charity.

On 19th October, Macmillan representative John Wilkinson visited the office to collect the cheque and explain to the staff how the money would be spent to help cancer sufferers in Cumbria.

The team has vowed to double the amount raised at next year’s event and continue organising activities to raise funds and awareness for charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support.
