45 lambs and sheep stolen near Underbarrow

Police are investigating an incident of theft in which 35 sheep and 10 lambs were stolen from a field in between Crook and Underbarrow.

The incident occurred on Sunday 7th October.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The sheep are marked with purple dye on the right side and have an ID ear tag number UK8905.”

Anyone with information or who witnessed this incident should contact police quoting log 130 of 25th October 2018.
