Police appeal after Distington Bypass crash

Police are investigating the circumstances around a road traffic collision on Wednesday 31st October at approximately 4:24pm on the south bound carriageway of the A595 Distington Bypass at Whitehaven.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision and are keen to trace the driver of a white vehicle in the area at the time of the collision.”

Police are also appealing for any drivers around that time who may have dash cam footage, to contact police quoting log 164 of 31st October 2018.
