UK’s leading Stone Roses tribute heads to Workington

This Friday sees Resurrection – The Stone Roses Tribute head back to Workington for a gig at Bar Thirty Two.

After a killer show in March 2017, the return has been hotly anticipated. Support on the evening will be by popular local bands: The Northern Threads and The Mayfair Suite.

Resurrection formed in 1998 and are based in Glasgow. They have performed with the likes of Mani (The Stone Roses/Primal Scream) – who performed ‘She Bangs The Drums’ live onstage with them at the world famous King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut – and Inspiral Carpets members Clint Boon & Tom Hingley. Press coverage has included The NME, Melody Maker, Q Magazine, The Daily Record, The Big Issue and a feature on Sky News to discuss The Stone Roses reforming and recording new material.
