Police probe Kings Meaburn quad bike theft

Police are investigating a theft that occurred overnight between 11:30pm on Friday 14th December and 8am on Saturday 15th December in the area of Kings Meaburn.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A red Honda quad bike registration PX65 CDF and an off road bike with accessories were stolen.

“Access was gained via fields in the surrounding area.

“We would like to remind the public to ensure that gates are closed and as secure as possible.”

Anyone with information should call PC 2365 Threlkeld on 101 quoting log 58 of 13th December 2018 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
