Civic Centre Charity Abseil

The Mayor of Carlisle, Cllr Jessica Riddle, is inviting people to take part in her charity abseil.

From 10am on Monday 11 March more than 30 adventurers will be abseiling the height of the Civic Centre building in aid of the Mayor’s Charity Fund, which this year is supporting NSPCC, Age UK and the British Heart Foundation, but spaces are still available for others to take part too.

All ages and abilities are welcome. Outdoor activity experts, Reach Beyond Adventure will keep you in safe hands.

Set yourself a challenge for 2019 and raise money for good causes in the process, contact Rachel Plant at [email protected] for a registration pack or if you want to talk to someone about the event get in touch with Cllr Niall McNulty at [email protected] or call/text 07979 551999.

The abseil has been organised by the Carlisle Mayor’s Charity committee.
