Man kicked and punched in Carlisle attack

Police are investigating an incident of assault that occurred at approximately 1:55am on the 10th February outside Base Express, The Crescent, Carlisle.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A man in his 20s from Annan was punched and fell to the floor then kicked in the head causing him to lose a tooth.

“A 38-year-old man from Carlisle was arrested on suspicion of aggravated body harm and released pending further investigations.”
