Wear, a serving prisoner, was jailed for three months on Friday, when Rodgers, of Egerton Court, Barrow, was given a 12-month community order. “It was three-on-one,” prosecutor Jane Dagnall had said of the attack. “Other people had to intervene to assist Mr Hearn.
Gill, of Kirkland, Kendal, was not present at Friday’s court hearing. She was sentenced this week by Judge James Adkin.
Gill was also given a 12-month community order, and must complete up to 30 days’ rehabilitation.
