Police probe Workington mountain bike theft

Police are investigating the theft of a pedal cycle which occurred on Monday 4th February between the hours of 5pm and 7pm on Grey Street, Workington.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The bike is described as a white Carerra mountain bike.

“The offender has snapped the bike lock in order to take the cycle.”

Police are urging members of public to come forward with any information leading to the whereabouts of the bike, anyone with any information is asked to contact PC 2520 Twentyman on 101 quoting log 204 of 4th February 2019, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
