Penrith travelled to Walney Island to face Cumbria Womens Sumer League Champions Vickerstown in this County Cup Quarter Final tie.
A scrappy first half saw Penrith shade the possession however created few chances against a resilient Vickerstown defence.
Vickerstown themselves looked dangerous in the counter attack and twice threatened to take the lead however keeper Penrith keeper Michelle Jones saved well on both occasions.
With half time looming Penrith broke to deadlock when incisive play on the right flank freed Georgia Campbell . She was one on one with the keeper and fired the ball home.

Early into the 2nd half Penrith doubled their lead when Charlotte Smith volleyed into the net from a corner.
As Vickerstown tired Penrith stretched their lead with further goals from Campbell, Lily Gaulton and a first club goal for Lauren Ullyart.
