Man and woman hurt in Barrow attack

Police are investigating an assault that occurred on Friday 15th February at 2:20am on Dalton Road, Barrow.

The incident involved two men and two women.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “It is reported that an unknown man (who was with a woman) has approached another man and woman, punched the woman in the face and kicked the man more than once.

“The man and woman suffered minor injuries.

“The suspect is described as white, 6ft 2ins, with short dark hair and stubble, wearing a grey jacket and jeans. The female is described as wearing a red top.”
