Man arrested after woman assaulted in Ulverston

Police are investigating an assault that occurred on the 10th February in Booths car park, Ulverston, between 9:30am and 9:50am.

The incident involved a man and a woman. There were no injuries.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A 44-year-old man from Grange-Over-Sands was arrested on suspicion of assault. He has been released under investigation.”
