Police probe Kendal burglaries

Police are investigating a burglary and attempted burglary that occurred on the Underwood Estate in Kendal.

A burglary took place between 16th February and the 19th February in which an unknown person(s) have forced entry to a property on Stainbank Road, Kendal. No property was taken.

An attempted burglary occurred 18th February between 10pm and 11pm on Vicarage Drive in which a window was damaged.

Police are asking for homeowners to be vigilant and for anyone with any information or CCTV to come forward.

Anyone with information should call Police on 101 quoting log 83 of 19th February 2019 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.


Police are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding a burglary that has occurred between the 7th January and 20th February at a property on Valley Drive, Kendal.

During the incident entry was forced to the back door of property. At this time no details of what was taken.

Anyone with any information should contact 101 and quote log 90 of 20th February 2019, alternatively, contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
