Police are investigating a public order and dog dangerously out-of-control incident that occurred on Heysham Park, Carlisle.
The incident occurred at approximately 6pm on Tuesday 5th March 2019 in the park, near to Shadygrove Road.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police are looking to identify the suspect who is described as a white man, approximately 5’8” tall, late 20’s to early 30’s in age and described as wearing a green Armani jacket and blue jeans.
“The man was walking a brown and white ‘Staffie’ type dog which was wearing a harness.”
