Police appeal after Workington burglary

Police are investigating a burglary that occurred on the 19th March between 10:30am and 11:30am, on Coniston Close, Workington.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Unknown suspect/s have entered an address through an unlocked front door and stolen a Nissan car key, two black leather hand bags and a Microsoft mobile phone.

“They have then left through the front door in an unknown direction.

“Residents are reminded to lock their doors and windows at all times.”
