Firefighters tackle Carlisle flat blaze

At 11:55am today, Tuesday 26 March, two fire engines from Carlisle East and Carlisle West attended a domestic building fire on Aglionby Street, Carlisle.

A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Fire crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to tackle the fire and were in attendance for around one hour and thirty minutes.”
