Kendal man arrested after woman threatened with hammer

Police are investigating an incident which took place on Friday 22nd March 2019 near McDonald’s, Kendal at around 3:20pm.

The incident involved a male threatening a female with a hammer.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “There were no injuries. A 22-year-old-man from Kendal was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill. He has been released under investigation.”
