At 7pm yesterday, Friday 10 May, two fire engines from Maryport and one from Workington attended reports of a caravan fire in Flimby.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “On arrival crews found the caravan well alight.
“Firefighters used two hose reel jets and one main jet to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour.”
