Cash stolen in Whitehaven burglary

Police are investigating a burglary that took place overnight between 13th May and 14th May on Fell View Avenue, Whitehaven.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “It is believed that entry was gained via an insecure window.

“An amount of cash was taken during the incident.”

Anyone with information should call PC 2474 Hulse on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
