Man hurt in Barrow attack

Police are investigating an assault which took place on Dalkeith Street, Barrow outside of Crystal Palace apartments at approximately 3:40am on 12th May.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The victim of the assault, a 20-year-old man, sustained a cut and swelling to his right eye and three chipped teeth as a result of the incident.

“The offender is described as a white man, in his early 30’s, of stocky build, balding with stubble around his chin.

“The man is also described as wearing a football top with black jogging bottoms and speaking with a Scottish accent.”
