Aglionby Street in Carlisle has reopened following a police incident.
Police were called following a call to police at 10:00am this morning (21st May) due to concern for the welfare of an adult male.
Police, ambulance and air ambulance attended the scene.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Aglionby Street was closed whilst emergency service attend the scene. The road has now been reopened.
“An 18-year-old man from Carlisle was taken to Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle by land ambulance.
“His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
“It is not believed that anyone else was involved in the incident.”
