A Brampton man has appeared before District Judge Gerald Chalk sitting at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court accused of disturbing a bird shoot held in Cumbria.
Frederick Clark, 66, gave his address as Fenton Lane, How Mill, Brampton, he is charged that on October 26 and November 17, 2018, at Fenton, Cumbria, he allegedly trespassed on land namely, Hayton Moss and Sirelands Piggery.
He is accused that he disturbed birds being prepared for a bird shoot and allegedly intended to have the affect of obstructing or disrupting that activity.
Clark denied both allegations and a trial will be held on August 8 at the magistrates court in Carlisle.
