A TEENAGER accused of a violent one-punch attack outside a South Cumbria pub is to stand trial.
Robert Cannon Dugdale appeared in front of a judge at Carlisle Crown Court earlier today (WED).
Dugdale, aged 19, faces one charge.
This alleges that the teen unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm on James Hadwin.
It follows an incident involving the two males late on December 21 last year outside the Snooty Fox pub in Kirkby Lonsdale.
A trial was fixed for the week of July 22. This is due to take place in front of a jury at the crown court.
In the meantime Dugdale, of Bentham Moor Road, Burton in Lonsdale, was granted bail by Judge James Adkin.
One condition of the teenager’s bail states that he must not contact the complainant in the case, and another that he must not enter the Snooty Fox.
