A man has been charged following an attack at Victoria Train Station on New Year’s Eve.
Mahdi Mohamud, (10/09/1993), previously of the Cheetham Hill area, has yesterday (Thursday 30 May 2019) been charged with:
- 3 counts of attempted murder
- 1 count contrary to Section 58 (1) (a), TACT 2000 which relates to the possession of a document or record likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday 12 June 2019.
At around 9pm on Monday 31 December 2018, colleagues from British Transport Police responded to reports of a stabbing at Victoria Train Station.
