Kendal-based agency, Digitaloft, who specialises in creative content and digital PR, have made a trip to London – and have come away with two awards. The prestigious UK Content Awards took place on Thursday 6th June where agencies and companies from around the UK travelled to The Montcalm London Marble Arch, in hope of their hard work being recognised.
The local marketing agency, Digitaloft returned back to their base in Kendal with two new awards and a proud team.
The team at Digitaloft won the first presented award of the night, ‘Retail Content Campaign of the Year’ for their campaign with company forward2me, ‘Instagrammable Sneakers’. They also came away with the credible title and award of ‘Small Content Marketing Agency of the Year’(Under 20 Employees). The judges highlighted the positive culture at Digitaloft, the hard work of the small, yet mighty team and the opportunities for upskilling and training within the company.
Managing Director of Digitaloft, James Brockbank, said “It’s creative campaigns which truly make a difference to our clients marketing strategies which has seen us gain these awards and I’m so proud of the team! It just goes to show that hard work really does pay off and even a small team from the Lake District can truly make an impact!”
The agency was also shortlisted for numerous other awards including ‘Finance Content Campaign of the Year’, ‘B2C Content Campaign of the Year’ and ‘Integrated Content Campaign of the Year’.
The UK Content Awards celebrate the highest excellence in content marketing and rewards in-house teams and agencies for their efforts and contribution to high quality and valuable content. Each category was judged by a panel of industry experts and involved a credible and detailed two-step process of pre-scoring and discussion.
