Police appeal after Barrow burglaries

Police are appealing for witnesses or CCTV footage from the areas of upper Hawcoat, Barrow-In-Furness.

Two burglaries have occurred upon Dunmail Raise and Keswick Avenue, Barrow-In-Furness.

The burglary that occurred on Dunmail Raise took place between 7am and 5pm on Thursday 13 June 2019.

The burglary at Keswick Avenue took place between 1.30pm and 2pm on Friday 14 June 2019.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police would like to hear from any person who may have seen or who may have CCTV footage of a male who is described as having short hair, 5 foot 6 inches in height, wearing a grey-coloured top and in possession of a large Staffordshire bull terrier-type dog.”

Witnesses can contact the Police via 101 and ask to speak with DC 2173 MacFarlane or can contact Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
