Man hurt in Walney attack

Police are investigating an assault that occurred at around 2am on Friday 21st June at the junction of Baden Powell Street and the Promenade, Walney.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The incident involved a man and an unknown person. The man received minor injuries.”
