Genesis Homes have announced that they have submitted planning for a 28-home scheme at Hackthorpe, near Penrith. The application is a variation to the previously consented scheme to incorporate Genesis’ house type range.
The new development will incorporate a mix of 3, 4 & 5-bed houses and 2 & 3-bed bungalows as well as an element of affordable 3-bed houses. The site benefits from lovely views towards the Pennines, whilst also offering easy access to the Lake District National Park.
