Police are investigating a number of serious assaults that occurred outside on Mardale Road, Carlisle on Monday 8th July at approximately 3:30am.
The incident involved four to five men who have attended an address on Mardale Road and assaulted five persons within the address at the time.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Two of the occupants of the property were taken to Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle, one with a serious but not life threatening head injury and one with a broken collar bone. The other three persons had minor injuries.
“The four to five men are described as having Liverpudlian accents.”
