Police appeal after Whitehaven theft

J Dixon and Sons

Police are investigating a theft of clothing from J Dixon and Sons on Lowther Street in Whitehaven.

The incident occurred at 2:45pm on Saturday 13 July.

An unknown white man, approx late 20s, around 5’3″ tall, with short dark hair, wearing a navy Fred Perry t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms with dark trainers and carrying a large white Burton’s bag exited the store and made off on a bicycle towards Whitehaven town centre.

Anyone who saw the man or who has information is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101 quoting log 161 of 13 July.
