We are looking for a Temporary Personnel Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Carlisle, Cumbria. The position is a Temporary Fixed-Term contract to cover Maternity Leave.
We are looking for the right individual to join our team, and to manage a varied workload. The individual will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and use initiative to work well under pressure. There will be a requirement to pay attention to detail and have the ability to produce accurate and clear correspondence.
This role will involve carrying out a range of administrative tasks relating to all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing advertising and liaising with key people from external organisations to promote our Services.
The individual will need to demonstrate that they can organise, prioritise and deliver effective working outcomes in everyday practice. It would be advantageous to have a good understanding of the importance of data protection with relation to GDPR regulations, DBS issues and payroll duties.
You will be required to have the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
