Police hunt Penrith flasher

Police are investigating an incident of exposure that occurred at 10:15pm on Monday 29th July on Mill Street, Penrith.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “It is reported that a man exposed himself in front of a woman and her young daughter a child of primary school age.

“The man is described as around 30-years-old with dark facial hair and was wearing a dark t-shirt and a black beanie style hat.

“The man left in the direction of Mill Terrace and Morrison’s supermarket.”

Anyone with information or witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on 101, email [email protected] or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log number 282 of the 29th July.
