Police appeal after man racially abused in Carlisle

Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to a hate crime that took place on Fusehill Street, Carlisle on the 14th August at 5am.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The victim, a man in his twenties, was walking along the street when a man approached him from behind and began shouting at him, using racially abusive language.”
