Carlisle Crown Court

A MAN and woman accused of drugs supply crimes have appeared in front of a judge.

Karly Fisher, 28, and 35-year-old William Holm each face two charges.

One alleges the possession of class A heroin with intent to supply, and the other possession of class B amphetamine with intent to supply.

The charges arise out of alleged offending which is said to have occurred in August 2 this year.

When Fisher and Holm appeared at Carlisle Crown Court over separate video links, both pleaded not guilty to the allegations.

As a result they will stand trial in front of a jury. This trial is due to start at the crown court in the week of December 16.

In the meantime, Fisher and Holm, both of Wilson Street in Workington, were remanded in custody by Judge Nicholas Barker.
