Firefighters tackle Kirklinton JCB fire

Two fire engines have attended a JCB fire in Kirklinton.

Fire crews were called at 9:22am today, Monday 16 September.

A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “On arrival crews found the JCB well alight and used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

“Crews are still in attendance.”
