Jewellery stolen in Kendal burglary

Police are investigating a burglary which occurred on Milnthorpe Road, Kendal on Friday 6th of September 2019 between 11:30am and 7:30 pm.

The offender entered a house and stole thousands of pounds worth of jewellery from within the address, some of which are of great sentimental value to the victim.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police are requesting for any witnesses that were in the area at the time that may have seen anyone acting suspiciously to get in touch with police.

“Officers remind residents in the area to remain vigilant and keep their premises secure ensuring windows and doors are locked and reporting any suspicious circumstances to the police on 101.”
